Group conversations on the same topic and keep your business context.
Quick answerIn the BestChat sidebar, click Create Project and fill in 3 steps: Details, Appearance and Behavior. One project per recurring task makes the answers more consistent.
Step by step
1Click Create Project
In the BestChat sidebar.
2Details
Give it a name that says what it does, like “Store captions”, a description and the custom instructions: goal, audience, tone of voice, answer format and rules.
3Appearance
Choose the project icon and color.
4Behavior
Choose the default model and mode for the project's conversations.
5Test
Open a conversation in the project and adjust the instructions until the answer comes out right.
What to include in the instructions
- The main job.
- Who will read the content.
- Tone of voice and words to avoid.
- The expected structure of the answer.
- When the AI should ask before answering.
How to know it worked
- Conversations in the project follow the same rules.
If something doesn't go as expected
- Say what went wrong and ask for a specific revision.
- Split long requests into smaller steps.
- Start a new conversation if the earlier context is getting in the way.
