By visiting or using our Services, you expressly consent to the collection, use, storage, processing and disclosure of your information, including personal data, as described in this Privacy Policy.Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy are defined in our Terms of Use. If you disagree with anything in this Policy or in the Terms of Use, do not access or use the Services.
Analytics information:
We may collect analytics data directly, or use third-party analytics tools and services, to measure usage and traffic trends of the Service. These tools collect information sent by your internet browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other data that helps us improve the Service. We collect and use such analytics information in aggregate form, so that it cannot easily be manipulated to identify any individual user.
We may also collect information provided by the user, including but not limited to survey feedback, comments and suggestions (collectively, "User Information"). By providing User Information, you grant our platform the right to use that information for commercial purposes, including but not limited to data analysis, development of marketing strategies, and report generation. This information may be used in aggregate and anonymized form to ensure the protection of your privacy.
The User Information collected may be used to improve our services, develop new products and features, and enhance the user experience. In addition, you have the right to access, correct or request the deletion of your User Information at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us through the channels provided on our platform.
Cookie information:
Our Cookie Policy gathers all the necessary information about cookies. When you access the Service, we may send one or more cookies small text files containing a series of alphanumeric characters to your computer to generate a unique identifier for your internet browser, help you log in faster and improve your browsing on the site. We may also use cookies to obtain information about how you use the Service (e.g. the pages you visit, the links you click and your other actions on the Service), as well as to monitor, or allow our business partners to monitor, your use of the Service over time.
Persistent cookies are stored on the hard drive when the user closes the browser, which can use them on that user's subsequent visits to the site. To remove these cookies, you need to follow your internet browser's instructions.
Session cookies are temporary and disappear when the user closes the browser. You can reset your internet browser to refuse all cookies or to warn you when a site is sending cookies. However, some features of the Service may not work properly if the option to accept cookies is disabled. Read our Cookie Policy for more information.
Log file information:
Your internet browser or mobile device will report log file information automatically each time you access the service. When you use the Service, our servers also record certain log file information automatically. These files may include data such as your web request, your internet protocol address (IP address), the browser type, referring/exit URLs and pages, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, among others.
Clear GIF / web beacon information:
When you access the Service, we may use clear GIFs (also known as web beacons) — whose function is to anonymously monitor the online usage patterns of our Users. In addition, we may also use clear GIFs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to monitor which emails recipients open and which links they click. With the information gathered from these clear GIFs, we can then generate more accurate reports and improve the Service.
Device identifiers:
When you access the Service through a mobile device (including, among others, smartphones or tablets), we may remotely access, collect, monitor and/or store one or more "device identifiers", such as a universally unique identifier ("UUID"). Device identifiers are small files or other similar data structures that are stored on — or linked to — the mobile device, and whose function is to identify that device. They may take the form of data stored in connection with the device hardware, with its operating system or other software, or with data sent by BestContent.ai to the device. In addition, these identifiers may remain on the device permanently to help the User log in quickly and improve navigation on the Service. Some features of the Service may not work properly if there is any impediment to the use or availability of identifiers, or if they are disabled.
Location data:
When you access the Service through a mobile device, we may remotely access, collect, monitor and/or store "location data", which includes, among others, GPS coordinates (such as latitude and/or longitude) or similar information linked to the location of your mobile device. Some features of the Service, especially those that are location-based, may not work properly if there is any impediment to the use or availability of location data, or if it is disabled.
Commercial and marketing communications:
We use the information we collect or receive, such as your email address, to communicate directly with you. We may send emails containing newsletters, promotions and special offers. If you do not want to receive such messages, you will have the option to unsubscribe or change your preferences. To unsubscribe from our commercial and marketing communications, send an email to hello@bestcontent.ai or follow the cancellation instructions in the body of the commercial or marketing communication you received from us.
Where necessary, we may ask you to agree to receive these materials before we start sending them. We also use your information to send you emails related to the Service (e.g. account verification, reminders and purchase and billing confirmations, changes/updates to Service features and technical and security notices). It is not possible to unsubscribe from these types of email. In addition, you may be "found" on BestContent.ai from the information you provided above (read "Finding your friends on the Service").
Use of certain service-type information we collect about you:
We use or may use cookie, log file, device identifier, location data and clear GIF information to:
1. remember information so you do not have to log in again during the current visit or on subsequent visits to the site;
2. provide personalized content and information;
3. provide and monitor the effectiveness of our Service;
4.monitor aggregate metrics, such as total number of visitors, traffic and demographic patterns;
5. diagnose or resolve technological problems;
6. help you access your information efficiently after creating an account;
7. deliver advertisements to your internet browser or device;
8. automatically update the BestContent.ai app on your mobile devices.
We may share your Personal Information for the purposes and with the entities specified below. If you choose to use our Services, we may also publish your data on the internet as described below.
We may share your information with third-party business partners and Trusted Users for the purpose of providing the Service to you. As described in our Terms of Use, BestContent.ai may grant administrative privileges to certain Users to monitor or provide certain aspects of the Service ("Trusted Users").
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletters, your email address will be shared with Mailchimp. Read Mailchimp's privacy policy for details on how the service manages and protects your information.
We work with several individuals and organizations to provide our Services to you ("Service Providers"), such as website and data hosting companies and analytics providers. We need to collaborate with such third-party service providers so that they help us operate, provide and launch our Services. These third parties have limited access to your information, and may use it only to perform tasks on our behalf. The information we share with Service Providers may include the data you granted us and that we collect about you, including personal information. We take appropriate measures to ensure that our Service Providers are required to protect your information on our behalf in a satisfactory manner. If we discover that a Provider is using or disclosing information improperly, we will take the commercial measures necessary to end or correct such behavior. We share personal information with our Service Providers on the legal basis of our legitimate interests in providing Services to you. Often, our contract with providers is necessary for us to be able to provide Services to Users, especially when these companies play important roles — such as helping us keep our Services protected and operational. In other cases, these Providers are not strictly necessary, but help us improve our Service offering (e.g. by helping us conduct research on ways to improve support for Users). In these situations, we have a legitimate interest in working with service providers that help us achieve that goal.
Continue reading this Privacy Policy for more information related to the third-party advertising services we use for the purpose of displaying advertisements on the Service, as well as the information we may provide to them.
We may buy or sell/divest/transfer the company (including the company's financial shares), or any and all combinations of its products, services, assets and/or businesses. Our information, such as customer names and email addresses, User Content and other user data linked to the Services, may be included in the items sold or be transferred in these types of transaction. We may also sell, assign or transfer such information during divestment, merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, liquidation processes or similar transactions and proceedings involving all or parts of the company.
Situations in which we are required to share your information:
BestContent.ai will disclose your information when legally required or subpoenaed, as well as if we have reason to believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law and the appropriate requests of its enforcement agents; (b) enforce our Terms of Use or protect the security, quality and integrity of our Service; and/or (c) exercise or protect the rights, property or personal safety of BestContent.ai, our Users and others.
Sharing certain service-type information we collect about you:
We may share certain service-type information, including data obtained through tools such as cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data and clear GIFs (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit URLs and pages, platform types, number of clicks etc.): (i) with our third-party business partners for the purposes described in the section above, "How We Collect and Use Information". We may also aggregate or segment data from all personally identifying characteristics and share this anonymized data with third parties.
Advertisements on BestContent.ai:
We may also share certain information, such as your location, your browser, cookies and other data related to your use of our Service, with our business partners to deliver advertisements that may be of interest to you. BestContent.ai may allow third-party ad networks or servers to deliver this type of content on the Service. Such servers and networks use technologies to send, directly to your browser or mobile device, the ads and links that appear on the Service — and, at the same time, they automatically receive your IP address. In addition, they may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, device identifiers, location data and clear GIFs, as listed above) to compile information about the usage and visit patterns of the browser or device on the Service and on other sites, as well as to measure the effectiveness of advertisements and personalize the content delivered to each User.
For example: Google uses DART cookies to deliver advertisements to Users through the Service. In this way, Google and its partners may serve ads to you according to your visit to the Service and other sites you have accessed. Other ad networks also use cookies, clear GIFs and other similar mechanisms to deliver personalized advertisements through the Service. You can delete these cookies by following the instructions at this link. You can also opt out of Google's DART cookies and cookies set by the certified networks of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) at this link. By opting out, you will delete not only the Service's cookies, but also those of all sites with NAI-certified ad networks. However, it is not possible to opt out of networks without the certification.
Note that an advertiser may ask BestContent.ai to display an advertisement to a certain group of Users (e.g. according to demographic information or other interests). In that situation, BestContent.ai or our advertising partners determine the target audience and BestContent.ai delivers the ad to it — but passes only anonymous data on to the advertiser. If you respond to this type of content, the advertiser or server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience it wants to reach. To improve your user experience or help us increase and measure our effectiveness, BestContent.ai may embed third-party code into the Service. Examples of possible third parties are :
- Facebook
- Twitter
- Pinterest
- Google
- YouTube
These third parties may collect information about you, including your IP address and cookies, in ways that are outside BestContent.ai's control.
BestContent.ai's Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party activities, and we cannot control such activities. Consult the respective privacy policies of these third parties or contact them for more information.
Storage and Processing:
Your information collected through the Service may be stored and processed in the United States or in any other country in which BestContent.ai or its subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities. BestContent.ai may transfer information we collect about you, including your personal data, to affiliated entities or international third parties, or from your country of residence or your jurisdiction to other countries and jurisdictions around the world. If you are in the European Union or other regions whose data collection and use legislation differs from the legislation of the United States, note that we may transfer information, including personal data, to a country or jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as the jurisdiction where you are located. In addition, you authorize the transfer of information to the United States or any and all other countries where BestContent.ai or its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities, as well as the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.
Keeping your information secure:
BestContent.ai values the security of your information and uses commercially appropriate safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through the Service. In order to protect your privacy and security, we take appropriate measures (such as requiring the creation of a unique password) to verify your identity before granting access to your account. You are responsible for keeping that password and other account information secret, as well as for controlling access to your email communications received from BestContent.ai, at all times. However, BestContent.ai cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us or guarantee that the information on the Service cannot be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Your privacy settings may also be affected by changes in the functionality of third-party sites and services that you add to the BestContent.ai Service, such as social media. BestContent.ai is not responsible for the functionality or security measures of any third party.
Compromise of information:
If any information under our control is compromised following a security breach, BestContent.ai will take the necessary measures to investigate the situation — and, where appropriate, will notify the individuals whose information may have been compromised, as well as take other measures in accordance with the applicable legislation and regulation.
You control your account information and settings: you can log in to your account and change your email settings at any time you wish to update your account information and email communication preferences. You can also change your preferences to stop receiving our promotional email communications.
We do our best to process all unsubscribe requests as soon as possible. As stated above, you cannot opt out of receiving communications related to the Service (e.g. account verification, reminders and purchase and billing confirmations, changes/updates to Service features and technical and security notices). If you have questions about how to review or modify your account information, contact us directly at hello@bestcontent.ai.
Opting out of information collection for Tracking / Advertising purposes:
Consult the technical information of your internet browser or mobile device for instructions on how to delete and disable cookies and other tracking/recording tools. Depending on the type of device, it may not be possible to delete or disable tracking mechanisms. Note that disabling cookies and/or other tracking tools prevents BestContent.ai or its business partners from monitoring your browser's activities in relation to the Service, as well as the use of third-party personalized advertising activities. However, this may also disable several of the features available on the Service. If you have questions about opting out of the collection of cookies and other tracking/recording tools, contact us directly at hello@bestcontent.ai.
How long we keep your personal profile information:
After your User account is closed, BestContent.ai may retain your personal profile information for a commercially reasonable period for backup, archiving or auditing purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, any information you choose to make public on the service may be unremovable.

If you believe we may have information from or about a European Union resident under 16, contact us at hello@BestContent.ai.
We are not responsible for the practices of websites or services linked to or from the Service, including the information or content contained in them. Remember that our Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that you visit from our Service. Your browsing and interaction on any and all third-party websites or services, including those that have links or advertisements on our site, are subject to that third party's internal rules and policies. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible for and have no control over any third party to which you grant access to your User Content. If you are using a third-party website or service (such as Facebook, Google Groups or an IRL chat system) and allow it to access your User Content, you do so at your own risk. In addition, this Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect in other ways (including offline) or from sources other than the Service.
For the purpose of processing the personal data of individuals in the European Union ("EU"), we rely on the following legal basis for processing your personal data:
1. Our legitimate interests in (among other things) delivering the Services, conducting commercial research, improving and maintaining the Services, personalizing and adapting the content made available by the Service, protecting the security or integrity of our databases, protecting our business or reputation, taking preventive measures against legal liability, dealing with our assets in the event of business changes (read more below), protecting and defending our legal rights or property or resolving disputes, investigating and responding to questions or complaints regarding your use of the Services;
2. Where relevant, your express consent. If you provide us with personal information about yourself and give your consent for us to use it;
3. Where relevant, the performance of our contractual obligations to you under the terms and conditions of service;
4. Where relevant, for compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject.
Users located in the European Union have the following legal rights in relation to the information that concerns them:
1. The right to require that we confirm whether or not your information is being processed, the purpose of that processing, the recipients of information that has been disclosed, the period for which the information will be stored and whether we use any automated decision-making process in relation to your information;
2. The right to require that we rectify incorrect information without delay;
3. Where we rely on "consent" to process such information, the right to withdraw consent at any time. This right of withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before the act;
4. The right to request the erasure of your information. You may, under certain conditions, request erasure when:
4.1. The information is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was collected;
4.2. The processing of the information is based on your consent, if you withdraw it; or
4.3. the personal data is processed by us exclusively on the basis of our "legitimate interest", as mentioned above (and the other legal bases listed above do not apply), if you object to the processing of your personal data and there is no overriding legitimate ground for such processing (as, for example, when the processing of the data has to comply with statutory obligations or for the defense of legal claims).
5. If we disclose your information to third parties and you request the erasure or rectification of that data, we will take all appropriate measures to inform the third party of that request;
6. The right to require that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as when the accuracy of such data is called into question or there is an objection. In these circumstances, we will process that information only with your express consent, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest;
7. Where the data is processed on the basis of your consent or to fulfill a contractual obligation, under certain conditions you may have the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, widely used and electronically readable format;
8. The right to object to the processing of personal data when:
8.1. we rely exclusively on our "legitimate interest" to process that data. In that case, we may be legally required to stop processing your information — unless we have compelling legitimate grounds for such processing, which would override your privacy interests and rights; or
8.2 the information is used for direct marketing purposes. In that case, we will stop processing your information immediately for that purpose;
9. You have the right to lodge a formal complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of the European Union member state in which you reside.
Note that the legal rights mentioned above are subject to several conditions and exceptions, including when the data is used for scientific or statistical research purposes and when the exercise of the right could seriously prejudice or prevent the fulfillment of such purposes.
